Testing of the moraine is being performed in a network covering 1,000 metres. 469 points have been analysed. Alanäs is an interesting regional area with identified silver-, zinc and lead anomalies. Geologically, the area belongs to mountain rocks. The bedrock mainly consists of quarts and slates.
