Development of the share capital
The share capital of Nordic Mines amounts to 34,921,647 SEK, distributed on 34,921,647 shares, each of which with a quota value of 1 SEK.
All shares are denominated in SEK. The shares have been drawn up according to Swedish company law (2005:551 and the rights of the holders can only be changed in adherence with the procedures described in this law.
The company’s share capital should be at least 10,000,000 SEK and not exceed 40,000,000 SEK, corresponding to between 10,000,000 and 40,000,000 shares.
The table below shows the changes of the share capital that have taken place since the company was formed. The 5,000,000 shares issued in July 2005 have been paid with property valued at 9,000,000 SEK. The rest of the shares have been paid in cash.
